Tool to track billable time, employee time, or just time!

A client of ours recently contacted us with a need to track how much time his people spent working on the computer and what they did. He was not trying to spy so much as make sure that they were putting in the promised hours and that they were productive!

As we researched this need, it dove tailed nicely into another question we get from  a number of small accounting practioners. They would like to track what work they do for clients so as to bill them.
